"I am not the kind of person that likes to overshare personal circumstances of my life in a Google review. But, considering this place got me out of a big jam. I am going to do just that! The past two to three years of my life have been hell! Three auto accidents within a year in a half period time at age 29 and 30. Not to be a rat and tell people not to go with certain insurance companies but, Progressive forgot about all those years I was with them before those three accidents occurred. I was already with them for 3 to 4 years and they decided to quad droople my rates while only making $533 a week while paying to get my second down car fixed and having medical debt on top of credit card debt. They were out of their minds to think I was going to keep paying them $254.24 for liability on one car and that car being able to run but, not drive the greatest and that being the only car. The worst part is after I dropped them they sent me two emails one wanting to know what the reason was for why I dropped them through a survey and the other one was them wanted to look over my new state farm insurance policy to see if I am getting the most out of my coverage for free. Ha, big joke! But, thank you Lauren, your energy, optimism, and professionalism helped me get a much better rate! If you need insurance go to David Oberwise's State Farm!"
